Our weekly animation revolution is getting even better from July 21! Starting at 8.30pm with the SUSCRIPTION TV PREMIERE of SOUTH PARK Series 13 - Roll with the SOUTH PARK boys as they save the economy, the whales, and a bunch of dead celebrities all while discovering the joys of Fish Sticks. Then at 9pm the AUSTRALIAN PREMIERE of THE GOODE FAMILY the new series from Mike Judge, creator of KING OF THE HILL and BEAVIS AND BUTTHEAD. THE GOODE FAMILY is about the paradoxes that arise for a working-class family when trying to be politically correct, all of the time, about everything.
At 9.30pm it’s all kids are out of the pool as the anarchic madness that is [adult swim] takes over the airwaves. Starting at 9.30pm with the AUSTRALIAN PREMIERE of ROBOT CHICKEN: STAR WARS II. In this sequel to ROBOT CHICKEN: STAR WARS (airing on THE COMEDY CHANNEL on July 14 at 9pm) Seth Green and Matt Seinreich return to the Star Wars legend to brazenly combine the satirical sensibilities of ROBOT CHICKEN with the unforgettable moments and favourite characters of the Star Wars universe, among them, the creator himself, George Lucas.
Then Wednesdays at 9.30pm from July 28 it’s Emmy-nominated stop-motion sketch comedy as ROBOT CHICKEN SERIES 4 makes its AUSTRALIAN PREMIERE on THE COMEDY CHANNEL. In this season Dick Cheney dons the Iron Man armour, Star Trek II gets boiled down into a two-minute opera, and Tila Tequila's sexy secrets - like the one where she's a murderous android - are finally revealed.
But there’s more! The AUSTRALIAN TV PREMIERE of FRISKY DINGO threatens the planet from July 21 - Wednesdays at 10pm. Destroying the world seems like a lot of fun, but super villain Killface finds that it can be a tedious and complicated process. Then at 10.15pm it’s time for the court room insanity of HARVEY BIRDMAN, ATTORNEY AT LAW – once a super-hero, now a third-rate lawyer. It's not clear whether he actually went to law school, but he definitely knows the things to say to sound like a lawyer - and he does have a suit.
