Sacred Heart hospital, where the gang first met, is now no more and has been replaced with a brand new shiny University Medical School.

Once students, JD and Turk, now join Dr Cox and Dr Kelso as Professors for the new University Medical School.

It's the greatest advancement in health care since the invention of the oral themometer and it's an out and out COMEDY CHANNEL favourite.
